this weekend, i felt a little christmassy so attempted to make some ginger christmas cookies. they looked and smelt amazing but unfortunately they were a little cakey, a bit disappointed!
p.s on a christmas side note - the german christmas market, ferris wheel, and ice rink are all officially opening on thursday, along with the turning on of the city's christmas tree and lights... so excited! :) x
