a brand new soup cafe has popped up in lovely edinburgh's old town, near the university. the union of genius is the first of it's kind, serving gorgeous homemade soups and bread all with a green lifestyle in mind. what a nice surprise, the soup was so yummy, a very welcome site to the lunch spots of edinburgh! x
