coffee sort of keeps me going, when i'm feeling a little low i always know a frothy cappuccino will pick me up and i'll be on my way again. however, being exam period i've been drinking a lot of coffee, and i mean alot, so i worry a little bit if it is as bad as everyone makes out it to be, until i came across this article, this made my day! this article has proof that caffeine "increases concentration, decreases fatigue and gives you a better memory" yay - here's to all my gorgeous cups of coffee :) x
